翻滾掙扎
在一道光束中
生的慾望
纏綿困惑
綻放最初的純真

閃亮的軀體

佇一道光束中
生的慾望
牽纏 困惑
嶄現最初的純真

閃亮的身軀
佇狂喜中

伐出輕輕的跤步
胸坎佇迷惘中顫抖
突破繭出世的蛹
顛晃千年的熱望

她伸手
祈求 召喚
像盛開的玫瑰花魂

Cocoon
Rolled and struggled
In a beam
A life of desire
Tangled the perplexity
Blooming its original innocence

Shed the shining on her body
In ecstasy
Unbridled its last passion
Light the steps
Thrilling the bewilderment of the bosom
Breakthrough the cocoon

許芳宜（1971年－），台灣宜蘭縣人，國際知名的舞蹈家，現旅居美國紐約市與台北，前為瑪莎葛蘭姆舞團的首席舞者，近幾年活要於國際間，也積極與國際級的藝術家與編舞家交流。

許芳宜在國立台北藝術大學舞蹈系求學期間，跟隨瑪莎．葛蘭姆舞團 (Martha Graham Dance Company) 首席舞者羅斯．帕克斯（Ross Parkes）學習，畢業後赴美，1995年加入了瑪莎．葛蘭姆舞團，1999年晉升為該團首席舞者，獲得舞評家及觀眾無數讚賞，媒體稱呼她為「美國現代舞之母瑪莎．葛蘭姆的傳人」；1998年至2003年間擔任雲門舞集的首席舞者，也曾與許多舞團合作，包括蒙特布朗舞團（Monte/Brown Dance Company）、Buglisi/Foreman舞團以及沈偉舞蹈藝術，擔綱演出瑪莎．葛蘭姆舞團的《迷宮行》（Errand Into the Maze）、《心靈洞穴》（Cave of the Heart）,《獨舞》（Chronicle）、《克莉坦那斯塔》（Clytemnestra）以及雲門的《水月》、《竹夢》等等。

她與許多才華洋溢的編舞家以及舞團合作，如蒙特布朗舞團（Monte/Brown Dance Company），以及Buglisi/Foreman 舞團。2005年，舞蹈雜誌（Dance Magazine） 將許芳宜列為當年「最引人注目的25位舞者」，並且成為封面人物。她也在2007年得到舞蹈類國家文藝獎，為有史以來最年輕的受獎者；更受邀至美國，參與美國著名攝影師David Michalek的現代攝影藝術──「Slow Dancing慢舞」計畫，並於美國紐約林肯中心以多媒體影像展的方式呈現，許芳宜同時也為紐約「巴瑞辛尼可夫舞蹈中心」(Barishinikov)首位亞洲駐村藝術家。

2008年受Ballet Tech邀請參與年度Mandance Project，與編舞家Eliot Feld合作於紐約Joyce Theatre演出，而後於美國維爾國際舞蹈節、雅各枕舞蹈節、及紐約秋季舞蹈節演出，獲海內外觀眾及媒體讚賞，獲選歐洲《舞蹈雜誌》(Ballettanz magazine）贊許為「傑出女性舞蹈家」。該年10月，受瑪莎葛蘭姆舞團邀請，參與舞團世界巡演，於希臘雅典、美國華盛頓D.C與紐約市、法國巴黎等地領銜演出瑪莎葛蘭姆經典名作Clytemnestra。

2009年，再度受邀至美國維爾國際舞蹈節、澳門文化中心、雅各枕舞蹈節演出。 2010年於澳洲WOMADelaide藝術節、溫哥華冬奧藝術節與杜塞朵夫國際舞蹈雙年博覽會演出，並參與上海世界博覽會台北館影片拍攝。
許芳宜也是ACC的受獎人。
